Aldo was a 10/10 experience. He was so friendly, funny, and quick! Our A/C was up and running in a matter of minutes once he diagnosed the issue, he gave me long term maintenance advice, and even educated me on filters. I’ll absolutely be keeping them on file for any furnace or HVAC issues!

Aldo, Israel and Miraj came and installed my new heating and air conditioning system this week. They are simply amazing. They were very professional. Aldo explained how to use my new smart thermostat and he was a great teacher. They worked quickly and efficiently. They left my garage cleaner than it was before. This company is very trustworthy and they provide great service.

Had an issue with my thermostat stating “please connect to wall”. It was! Called in the morning to make an appointment and they came the same day!!! Everyone was so pleasant and professional, from making the appointment to replacing my thermostat. Israel was very professional, knowledgeable and they were very reasonable in their costs. My sister has used them for years (20+) and had recommended them for their reliability, professionalism and honesty. These days, seems hard to find a company with these values. Definitely recommend them!!

Our service worker was Aldo. We had a basic cleaning and inspection as our AC unit had not been turned on for several years. He was very professional, honest & knowledgeable. While he gave us pointers on how to keep our AC unit running smoothly and what to pay attention to if it starts to have problems, we had a fun conversation about Denver back in the day with Robo Mike making the conversation. Turns out our unit was in good shape and just needed the cleaning only. I would definitely use Sunshine cooling again. Thank you, Aldo!

I had used this company once in the past, and had an unfavorable experience this year with them. I had them come to address a minor AC issue, and their technician did not properly diagnose the issue, and their “fix” did not address our issue. I requested a follow up, and their management committed to getting someone out a few days later. Their technician never showed up, and their team will not follow up with us even after leaving voicemails to come back to address our issues. I would not recommend this group, as there are better companies in the area than this one. They did not refund our previous expenses, and they lack professional experience and courtesy for customers.

Hunter and Danny the technicians show up right on time. The did a much better job than previous companies that had serviced my air conditioner left it looking the best, It looked since it was new. They were polite courteous and explained anything. I had any questions with.

Cool Sunshine did the install of our HVAC 16 years ago and have been servicing twice a year since. We see the same faces every season.....they are timely, thorough and always friendly.
