  • Alex came and installed a polarized air filter on our 2 year old HVAC system. He did an excellent and thorough job. He cleaned the fan system before hand so that it starts with a completely clean base. He talked us through how it works, how to change the filter and made sure we didn’t have any questions. He left the area cleaner than when he arrived. I recommend Alex for any HVAC work you need done!

  • They expect the customer to keep waiting endlessly well beyond the given 2 hour window. It's been another 2 hours beyond that window and there's no update. And when I called them twice to get an update, both times they were totally nonchalant about it, like its no big deal at all. Poor scheduling, poor job time-estimation skills. Overall very unprofessional experience. Will never consider calling them again. Disrespecting the customer's time will never win you business.

  • Elkhorn company recently acquired Dr Fix It. I was looking for sewer repair. I wasn’t sure I wanted to use that particular company. I had them come out and had Fernando and Ty look at my issue. They were very skilled and knowledgeable and were able to provide me with lots of information and two options. I did have other estimates and strongly felt this was the best company to use. I havE had ELKHORN do all of my plumbing, HVAC, and electrical for about 15 years. They have always done a honest job without pressure to add to the job. I highly recommend them.
