• Don't believe the "We'll be there in 90 minutes" statement. I set up the appointment which seemed to confirm the 90 minute window. I then got a text saying the scheduler made a mistake and the appointment wouldn't be until after noon the following day. They should change it to "We'll be there in 90 minutes or maybe some time tomorrow."

• Update on 10/1/26: today Arnold came by because we kept getting an error on our furnace and were concerned with the temps strating to drop at night. • They say if you are not 100% satisfied you will get all yoir money back. HA HA HA. They installed a P. O. S. thermostat and after 2 attempts and $1300 later I'm still stuck with a faulty thermostat and they told me to go on line to learn how to calibrate the P. O. S..
