  • I don’t often feel compelled to write reviews, but my experience with this company absolutely deserved one. After my air conditioner stopped working, I initially had another HVAC company come out. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat and recommended replacing it. Although I had no reason to believe that diagnosis was incorrect, something about the experience didn’t sit right with me. I felt rushed and sold to as opposed to helped. So I decided to keep my appointment with this company for a second opinion. I’m incredibly glad I did. Kelly was thorough, methodical, and professional from the moment he arrived. Rather than jumping to conclusions, he carefully worked through the system, tested the components, and identified the actual problem—a failing condensate pump that was intermittently triggering the safety switch. He took the time to explain exactly what was happening, showed me the issue, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. The repair was completed professionally, and I left feeling confident that the problem had truly been diagnosed correctly. I also want to recognize Lisa and Chrissy in the office. Both were exceptionally professional, courteous, and responsive throughout the scheduling process. They provided outstanding customer service and made the entire experience easy from my very first phone call. From start to finish, this company demonstrated the kind of ethical professionalism, technical expertise, and customer care that is becoming harder to find. I was on the fence about keeping my appointment after the first company’s diagnosis, but I’m so glad I did. It saved me from replacing the wrong part, and I now have confidence that the underlying issue has actually been resolved. Best of all, my air conditioner has been running perfectly since the repair. Kelly, Lisa, and Chrissy all represented the company exceptionally well. Based on this experience, I won’t hesitate to call them again for future HVAC needs. Highly recommended.

  • I would not recommend this company if you value transparency, responsibility, or your landscaping. We hired ULTIMATE Heating | Cooling | Plumbing | Electric to fix a sewage issue last winter. While they did complete the sewage repair, they damaged our irrigation system—including the pipes and all corresponding valves—in the process (~6000$ job). Because it was winter, we couldn’t test the irrigation at the time. Before leaving, they told us to call them in the summer if we had any issues when starting it up. When summer came and the irrigation system wouldn’t start, we called them—only to be told that their contract says they’re not responsible for any damage to irrigation systems. Now we’re stuck with a $1,200 repair bill and a lawn that’s suffering because it hasn’t been watered properly. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. We trusted their word, but were met with fine print (to be more exact: "landscaping is homeowner responsibility" which apparently means they can not be held responsible for anything other then what was visible) and zero accountability. 2026 Update: One of the exterior irrigation pipes has cracked. After consulting with irrigation specialists, we were informed that the pipes installed during the 2025 repairs were designed for indoor use rather than outdoor applications. As a result, the exposed conditions caused the pipe to fail in less than two years. The irrigation contractor will repair the damaged pipe; however, it is likely that other pipes replaced during the 2025 repairs will experience similar failures over time due to the use of the same unsuitable materials.

  • Since moving to Denver in 2017 my wife and I have had all our HVAC work done by Ultimate Heating and Cooling, and we have been very happy with the results. The company has installed a new mini-split AC system, replaced our water heater, and has visited regularly to check the condition of our heating and cooling systems. We needed an emergency repair once, and Ultimate responded within just a few hours. The service technician who has done most of the work here is friendly and effective. I am glad to recommend Ultimate Heating & Cooling. ------------------- June 4, 2026 update Just had AC system repair done by Kelly Delatorre of Ultimate Heating & Cooling. Kelly did a terrific job of correcting a coolant pressure drop and related leak on my Carrier AC condenser. He diagnosed the problem and located the leak, which was not obvious, so not at all easy. He made a thorough repair on the coolant line, tested his work, and covered the line with new insulation. Excellent job, Kelly. Thank you!

  • Extremely disappointing experience, absolutely avoid!!! If you want to be completely disrespected as a woman, spoken to in a deeply condescending manner, and treated as if you couldn’t possibly understand basic technical issues, then this is the company for you. They charged us for an inspection that was clearly not done properly, pushed us to replace perfectly functional parts at nearly 10 times the market price, and literally laughed in my face while telling me my HVAC system was “shitty” and needed to be replaced. Three days later, the system had another issue because they completely failed to identify the actual problem. We were then pushed yet again toward more interventions and more part replacements by a manager who had never even seen the HVAC system himself and could only give vague explanations about what the issue “could” be. When I later requested my file, pictures, and full documentation from the visit, nothing was ever sent. No transparency whatsoever. We finally contacted another amazing company ALTITUD BRO HVAC— which I strongly recommend — and unlike UHCPC, they actually inspected everything properly. They identified the issue immediately and charged us only $400 for something that probably would have cost us over $2,000 with UHCPC. What a joke. And the funniest part? They’re apparently just as bad with plumbing. We worked with them in the past on another property and, after charging us over $20,000, not only were they unable to properly fix the issues, but they also damaged one of our showers. Matt Robledo, the owner, even told us he had to fire his plumber Dave because “he was not good” and promised us compensation or future repair credits. Of course, none of that ever happened. Once they take your money, they seem to forget your name very quickly.

  • Every single member of the Ultimate team I have come in contact with has been outstanding - Ross, Brittany, Sam, Jorge, Kiki and Dylan. Now just have to wait and see if the new heat pump and furnace perform as well as the people!

    Michael Y.

  • Ross was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Will definitely use this company again. Great customer service

    Tara H.

  • Fantastic! Kyle and the team were so flexible, on time, quality, and the price was right. And, they helped coach me through all options for ventilation, AC and more. 100% working with them for home heating / cooling / plumbing needs. Kelly, Jorge, kyle and sam followed up a few weeks later to install a full 2-unit mini split system and it looks clean, it didn’t take long at all, they showed me how everything worked, and I’m very happy with the service!

  • Kelly was great and helped me know how to keep the warranty agreement and maintenance requirements set for the future! Great team!

  • Very dissapointed with this company. I had a 2 zone new system installed in 2020. About a year later - Zone 1 was reading temps wrong - but not consistently. I took pictures of the thermostat that was reading the temps wrong and sent those pictures to the company - their response was "its not repeatable so there is nothing we can do about it". Now that I am out of warranty - the issue is constant - wrong readings over and over which is throwing my system into chaos. Even though I reported this years ago - even though I sent pictures years ago - we are now out of warranty and they want to charge a ton of money to "try to diagnose" the problem. This is unacceptable. So incredibly frustrating. When it was in warranty - they didnt want to address the problem. Now that its out of warranty - they want to try to diagnose it. Plain and simple - bad customer service. I would recommend using another company - one that actually stands behind their work and fixes things when you are still under warranty.

  • Wonderful company. Great customer service from both office and technicians. Highly recommend.

  • Ultimate Heating came out to fix an air conditioning problem and upon doing their "routine" type of appointment found problems that several previous technicians from other companies did not find. Friendly, professional and servicing above and beyond my wildest expectations!
