• I had a great experience from start to finish! They came out and installed a new water heater and sump pump, and made the whole process easy and stress free. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took great care of everything. I really appreciate their hard work and would definitely recommend them!

• I don't usually give poor reviews, but multiple experiences with this company lead me here. They did come out to fix our water filtration system initially and that was ok. I signed up for the membership to get routine HVAC maintenance. The AC appt kept getting postponed/rescheduled because technicians did not come into work. After the third time, I told them to cancel that appt and cancel my membership. They still had a furnace appt on the book for today. I called yesterday to cancel it and make sure membership was cancelled (it was not). They just called me ... Who knows why to either say no one was available or to tell me when someone was coming for a cancelled appt. I don't understand how they get things done from an organizational standpoint. I wouldn't recommend. And now I wonder if the membership really is cancelled too.

• I planned on calling in but I figure I would just post. I had someone come out to look at my Hot water heater and told that I need to get rid of the entire tank. The signal read soft lockout . I was told by the tech I had, that the tank wouldn’t ignite or reset at all. Something told me to a get a second opinion. So the next day I called a different company to check the hot water tank and come to find out the tech at ABSOLUT PLUMBING had unplugged the cable to my control panel for my hot water heater.!!! I was almost scammed and almost came out of pocket thousands of dollars. This is unacceptable. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

• I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Absolute Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air and especially Darcy Darby. From my very first outreach, their team was incredibly responsive. I had an emergency happen that morning with a failed drain pipe that resulted in a huge mess, and they were able to get me scheduled the very same day. Darcy called before arriving and asked all the right questions so he understood what was happening before he even got onsite. Once he arrived, he immediately assessed the situation and helped coordinate a company to come out right away to handle the sewage and cleanup. Darcy was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk me through what had happened, helped me understand the scope of the project, and clearly explained all of my options for moving forward. When you have an unexpected home emergency like this, you truly just need someone you can trust to show up, help you understand what needs to happen, and get things moving. Darcy and the team at Absolute did exactly that. • We had a great experience with the electrician but a horrible experience with the plumber. They did not disclose to us what was being included in the charges, just had us sign. Did not give us membership pricing and told us it was not his problem. Then he took our old sink without asking if we wanted it to be disposed of, which we wanted to keep it. The cost was VERY expensive for the couple of hours of work that he did. I would recommend this company for electrical but not worth it for plumbing.

• Elias was awesome—he was patient, and tolerant, which is saying a lot. My dad, who was a plumber and the person I turned to to verify information I was given about my house, recently just passed away; when Elias gave me feedback I was not expecting to get, he unfortunately got the brunt of my feelings and took it in stride. He was kind, compassionate and extra charitable with his willingness to explain solutions and best practices. He also sat and talked to me about my dad and how he understood how this must be hard and scary for me, and explained how he had no intention of steering me in any direction that wasn’t honest or in my best interest. I really appreciated the service I was given today, and it could have went very differently. I genuinely will continue my business with absolute as long as Elias works here, and when/if he moves to a different company, I will likely move my business with him.
