Scott Munson with Applewood Plumbing Heating and Electric came to my home today to do an inspection on my Furnace before Winter arrives. Scott was amazingly polite, informative and understanding when it came to what I needed, my concerns and how to address my concerns. I had many questions and I was sure that he had other appointments to go to, but not once did he seem to be in a hurry to leave my house. The exact opposite is true. I apologized to Scott for having so many questions , but his response was, "That's why I am here, to give you the information that you need to make an informed decision". I truly appreciated that response. One of the Best sales visits that I have ever had. Thanks Scott !! And today, October 9th, Bruce came out with another gentleman who is in training with Applewood, to look at and quote me some prices on some Plumbing jobs at my house. Both of these gentleman were just perfect. Great introductions, extremely polite and very professional. Bruce understood my needs and he worked to quote me these prices and discussed my options on how to save some money. He discussed Applewood's Service Club Membership which shaves off quite a bit of money on each of the jobs and you have to be happy when a service provider works to save you money. Applewood is not necessarily the least expensive but what I can say is Applewood is the fastest to respond, they have been around the longest, since 1973 and they have some of the Industry's best warranties. I trust them and I know that you can trust them also.

Quick, professional and transparent. I went with a discount plumber first that just made things worse and more expensive. Nick and everyone on the crew was kind and patient with diagnosis and most importantly, honest. They didn't try to upsell me, they worked with me to save money where I could while fixing the problem. I had issues with my bank processing the payment and Nick drove back to my home personally to accept a cashiers check. Most places will not work with you like that. Don't cheap out on your plumber and learn the hard way like I did. Go with Applewood the first time. I highly recommend them for all plumbing related issues.

Curtis did a great job, showed up in timely fashion and went straight to work on repairing my leaking boiler circulating pump. The pump is 25 year old heavy duty pump and needed a repair kit installed. Curtis went the extra mile to find the parts and took the pump to the shop and did the rebuild that was needed. He returned and installed the rebuilt pump and tested it. No leaks and working great and runs quieter than before. Excellent Work!!
