• I have now used UniColorado for 2 installations, a new MiniSplit HeatPump system and a gas water heater. I am extremely happy with both final installs, everything was done very professionally using good quality components and the techs took the time to do things right. While there were minor hiccups on both jobs, I was immediately taken care of and Aiden (the owner) made sure I was happy with the resolution.

• Updated 9/13/26 12p: They came and completed the installation last week. In a stroke of bad luck, a manufacturing defect prevented the system from coming back online on the day of installation. Despite spending hours troubleshooting, they could not resolve it. The next day, we were on a very tight morning deadline for them to replace the new part, and they met it, replacing the failed part quickly and causing no disruption to the day. This company definitely wants to provide the best service possible and cares about its customers. I suspect the issues I had earlier this year were related to overwhelming demand on a small, dedicated team. As of this writing, I would recommend UniColorado to family or friends. Updated 6/26/26 5p: The company's office manager reached out pretty quickly after this review was posted. They apologized and provided context as to why there has been delays. They are working to make things right and as a result, I'm adjusting to 3/5 pending installation at which point I will finalize. Original: We were excited to use Uni for our furnace replacement, based on overwhelmingly positive reviews and an excellent price. Unfortunately, despite signing the estimate they provided right away and calling/e-mailing several times over the course of a week, we couldn't get them to respond to put us on the schedule. As a result, we had to go with another service provider.

• I highly recommend UniColorado for your HVAC needs! Aydin, Afshin, Brian and the entire team we worked with were all very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and courteous. They took the time to answer our many questions and have the lowest and most straightforward pricing available, with Xcel rebates even deducted upfront. We had to replace an aging furnace and our local HVAC company that had been maintaining it was playing games with us on the price of a replacement. UniColorado's pricing was far less expensive and they installed a new heat pump system in a day that is far superior than our previous system. You won't be disappointed working with them! UPDATE: After 1 year of service with our new heat pump, we are still very happy with the system's performance and UniColorado's service and support by Ari for the 1-year system check-up. Still highly recommend!

• Reached out to Uni when I needed a full HVAC replacement - duct, heatpump, and furnace. Everyone I spoke with at Uni was knowledgeable and friendly. The low rating however comes from the cost - their estimate was over $30k, even after all the rebates. The cost to run flexpipe duct through my crawl space - almost $17k! Insane mark ups. I ended up paying $14k total for rigid duct and a very similar furnace/heat pump install. Always get at least three qoutes when you're getting work done. Edit in Response to Aydin: I do want to emphasize they were not a hard sale and they were great to work with throughout the process of obtaining an estimate. The cost is exclusively what is driving this 2 star rating, I've worked in construction and engineering and understand how to compare scopes of work and unfortunately in this case the final sticker price, particularly for the duct was a total shock.

He knew all about the various rebates and programs that helped dramatically lower my out-of-pocket costs. UniColorado was the only HVAC company I found that offered all the highly rated Mitsubishi, Bosch, and Carrier cold climate heatpumps. Due to limitations of my townhome, the Bosch IDS Ultra was the best solution and I am beyond thrilled with its performance. • I have to start off by saying that every single interaction I've had with this company has been fantastic. UniColorado replaced my furnace for me last January. They were kind , efficient, and did an amazing job. They were also more affordable than any of the other quotes I got which was a huge plus. Fast forward to earlier this year- I had forgotten to replace the filter (whoops) which caused a sensor/switch to go off. But UniColorado came out the same day to fix everything.
