The front office team was equally friendly and helpful, keeping us informed and handling a minor installation date delay with professionalism and great communication. The installation took place over two days, and the entire crew was outstanding. Jacob led the installation, with Josh assisting, and Don handling the electrical work. • Previously I had given this team a great review. As time would proceed. I'm still having issues with our HVAC system, we paid for a new system, and they installed a damaged system and will not replace it as they state it will be fine. Our bill went up 75% with a new 2 new heat pumps. Don't be fooled like we were. Customer service started out great, but they do not keep up it up after the purchase. In addition, I asked my sales rep over and over again to have a manger call me and still nothing. I apologize to anyone that may have read my original review and used this company. It was grossly misstated. 5/2026 Review. Hands down one of the most professional companies I've worked with in a long time They came to me as a recommendation. • As a returning customer I had expectations on the quality of work being done, and Veteran continues to meet those expectations. Jake and Christian arrived for the installation of the new heat pump and a secondary mini split system. We discussed options regarding the install and made sure all the expectations were clear and understood and the finished project would meet my expectations for my home. Veteran sent Diego to manage the integration of the new heat pump into the existing furnace, and throughout the entire process everyone was very very respectful of the person needing to take phone calls while working from home. Noisy work was completed away from the office or when it needed to occur in the office space, during breaks. The installation did take a day longer than anticipated but the delay was communicated early and due to expectations requiring slightly more material than originally planned. Upon completion of the work everything seemed to be working correctly, and I was happy with the final result. A few days after completion we noticed something a little off with the secondary mini split system, one of the heads was icing up unexpectedly, a quick call to Maya in their office and we had a service appointment scheduled. Courtney and Trent arrived quickly completed a detailed troubleshooting of the equipment, and fixed the problem by correcting a setting issue in the mini split system. I have multiple years of experience in installation experience (with different equipment), and can easily understand how the installation mistake was made and overlooked when testing and commissioning the system, and still find no fault with the quality of work as even I didn't notice it right away when I was testing all the equipment and verifying how it all worked. I'm not easy to impress with the quality of work and the quality of customer service, but this team has continued to deliver. I would easily recommend Veteran HPE, and feel good about it, they've earned a returning customer, and I will be working with them again on future projects.

• I recently had an Electrical Panel and Heat Pump installed. The installation took three days: 9/28, 9/30 and 10/1. The crew assigned for my project was amazing (Chris, Jake, Jaki and Trent). They were very professional, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and answered every question my roommate and I had. Unfortunately, a couple of them had to return to my home on 10/2, 10/5 and 10/6. The new thermostat would not connect to my WiFi and the Heat Pump was only emitting hot air. Again, I have to thank Jake and Trent for their professionalism and knowledge. This issues were quickly resolved. I was extremely impressed with Trent and how he handled the Heat Pump issue. I received outstanding service at a great price by an amazing team. I only have great things to say about them. They represent their company very well. It was like having friends at my house. I thank them for their service and patience with me. I tend to talk a lot and ask questions, work or not work related. From my experience I would recommend Veteran Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electric. My Heat Pump is working very well. Many companies have been here have never been as thorough & efficient. Jim Knight, master plumber, came to see if he could change the filter on my water purifier because I have a well. I had been quoted by a large company could be $900 - 1500. Found my expansion tank had failed & was full of water. He replaced it. He replaced an outdoor hose bob that fed my evaporative cooler.
