I’ve worked with Steven and Sons Heating and Cooling multiple times now, and both experiences have been excellent. They previously helped me with a furnace, and most recently I worked with Mario and the team on a water heater replacement. What really sets them apart is how responsive and easy they are to work with. They listen to what you actually need, explain the available options, and are willing to tailor the solution to your priorities and budget rather than pushing you toward the most expensive option. That flexibility was especially valuable when I was comparing several approaches to the most recent project. Communication throughout the process has been great, pricing has been straightforward, and I’ve been very happy with the quality of their work. Having used them for more than one HVAC/plumbing project now, I’ve consistently found them professional, practical, and genuinely interested in finding the right solution for the customer. I would absolutely work with Steven and Sons again and highly recommend them.

This is a company you can trust, as I've used another company in the past which was sold and they didn't care about you or the quality of work they did. Steven&sons fixed my air conditioner, serviced my furnace, and I would not use anyone else going forward as they have shown to be very knowledgeable and very fair in the prices they charge. They take the worry away with both my furnace and my air conditioner.

Wanted to get them out to look at our swamp cooler because it was only cooling the house by 10 degrees, after the AI chat bot confirmed that they do work swamp coolers. Mariano called me the next day and asked how old the unit is (10 years) but not what type of system or any other questions. He laughed at me and said swamp coolers don't work well and he could only quote me for a whole new AC system. I called another company who came out, tweaked the water line and float valve, and now we have a 25+ degree differential (its cooling our house to 76 when its over 100 out). I am sure their work on ACs is great!

Steven & Sons truly saved my summer! My AC went out at the beginning of this extremely hot summer, and I was miserable trying to get through the scorching days and sleepless nights. I spoke with Mariano, who worked with me to find a great deal on a new HVAC system for my home. Within just a few days, the team at Steven & Sons installed a brand-new air conditioner and furnace. Total ripoff. This guy wanted to charge me $550 to replace a capacitor. I went to ace hardware and bought one for $30 and installed it in LESS THAN THIRTY SECONDS. Don’t trust the pricing and double check first. Also he wanted to charge me $89 trip fee when website clearly says “free estimate”. He threatened to put a lien on my house over this. Absolutely insane.

GREAT service! After installing a new AC & furnace for us last summer, the AC went out this June. I texted late at night and they showed up first-thing the next morning. Got it fixed within an hour - just a bad capacitor.

Steven and Mario did a great job installing my new furnace and heat pump system, as well as a whole house humidifier. They were knowledgeable and explained thoroughly how my new system works.
