• I scheduled one of their plumbers for the ¿$92? Coupon kitchen drain cleaning. Isaac was on time used his auger and said it could not get through. He could do a de-greasing process but it would be $360. He reconnected the pipes and pored a solution down the drain. It was cleared. What a surprise that a kitchen sink would have grease! They more than tripled the cost. I think they run a “Bait and Switch” operation. ¿Do you think they ever do a job for the coupon price? They had my trust and now they don’t. I will never deal with them again.

• STAY AWAY FROM TIPPING HAT!!!! This place is absolutely awful. We had a full system installed and after 12 hours it completely stopped working. We called them to get them back to fix it and they said the soonest they can come is in 2 weeks! We spent $20,000 on new equipment just for it to stop working. We waited 2 weeks in PEAK summer so sleeping in 85 DEGREES. They came and said they don’t know what is wrong and said they will come back the following day. The following day they stopped responding to us. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

• I went through Swan Heating before I called this company. They sent out a technician named Jeremy. I completely explained my situation with him regarding my air conditioning unit. He DID NOT go looking for UNNECESSARY stuff. He addressed the problem EXACTLY as I explained it. This is a VERY VERY HONEST technician. If you all are looking for an HONEST company use Top Shelf. • Had them install and repair a bunch of plumbing, AC and into our house. Last fall, now that it's hot and we're using our AC. It is consistently freezing up.We've had two different technicians of theirs come out and tell us that the a c coils do not have enough airflow across them the last one told us that we needed an upgrade on our exhaust to help airflow, and that they should have tested the overall pressure. And I told us and taken care of it on install. After that, he gave me the number to both of the managers which I have called. Hey, keep telling me they're gonna come out. To take a look at it themselves and figure out what we need to do to fix the problem. But then about midday, they call and say they're too busy and won't come out. I have dealt with this for over a month now And at this point feel like they're just pushing us off until the hot weather ends i have spent over 60 thousand dollars with the company so far and now suffering from a problem that could have been prevented Starting to make me wonder if I even really needed all of that. I'm about ready. Do you say, screw the warranty? And calling somebody else to fix the problem, they should have handled it's pretty sad if this is the way they treat their customers.

• Called to schedule an appointment for a tankless hot water heater diagnostic. Issue was described in detail but none of the info was passed on to the technician/plumber. When they showed up they were put in the position of explaining it would be minimum $500 to do any work and $50 just for showing up to say that. While the technician was knowledgeable would not recommend wasting time on them.

• Casey diagnosed and fixed the source of an active water leak causing drywall stain in our kitchen ceiling! After resetting toilet and ruling out wax seal, he used a camera in the wall to find the 3” pvc where a screw had punctured it from bathroom vanity install. Diagnostic and pvc replacement all within 6 hours (including trips for materials) same day visit for a reasonable price compared to another plumber who quoted way too high for a toilet flange replacement that would not have solved root issue. • The folks at Time Plumbing Heating and Electric are exceptional. I just had my outdoor watering system worked on. Solved a 20 year headache and then they solved a 130 year old water pressure issue. I now have the first pressure regulator ever put in this house. The kitchen sink, toilets, bath tubs, and washing machine no longer make noises in my walls. All is peaceful. I am pretty sure my water using appliances have gained some longevity. The plumbing work looks like art. I think Nathan is the wonderful to work with and is a fountain of knowledge.
