  • It was a pleasure working with Larry. When the heat in my basement stopped working my uncle referred me to Larry’s company. I called and he came to my house within minutes to diagnose the issue. What we thought was going to be a major issue, Larry was able to remediate rather quickly. What I appreciated most, was how Larry broke down the issue to me in layman’s term and kept me apprised of cost along the way so I didn’t get a surprise bill. Larry is reliable, transparent, punctual and extremely professional. I would recommend this business for any boiler related or heating related issue

  • I picked this company after reading all their reviews, hope that they do good job better than some of them in the past I have experience with, but unfortunately another bad experience with Larry. My AC unit just needs to fill some of refrigerant due to the leak from last time was fixed from the pipe. Larry came in at 10am, check the unit and told me that the unit needs to be clean, I'm ok and let him do it but he has no tools to do so he gone out for more than an hour and came back with some brushes and plastic tape with no powerful tool, he started brushing cleaning about more than an hour end up he charged me $300 with my help the whole time he doing the job. The unit fan works a little stronger after he cleaned it, the heat temperature shows around 94 degrees compared to the room temperature at 59 degrees he said it is ok and it doesn't need to fill the refrigerant, I'm a little concerned but I believe at his professional and diagnose, he left. Later the room temperature doesn't warm up after couple of hours, I called Larry again and told him my concern and asked him to come back the next day to fill the refrigerant. He came back started fixing the other people's unit, thanks God I stopped him and get to the right one. This moment he had a handyman helping him with his professional and experiences step by step, he filled about one pound of refrigerant to the unit and let it runs until the unit reaches to 120 degrees compared to the room temperature at 65. There is some refrigerant were leaks while they unplugged the charger and the valve were a little loose, so they filled some more to cover it makes the total of refrigerant has filled to the unit about 16.54 oz, not even 17oz but Larry try to charge me two pounds, can you believe that? l have asked his handyman the total of refrigerant he has filled to the unit and make Larry to confirm that with him too. You know, most of the time that they try to take advantage of women that they think women don't know nothing, this company has the prices on their website but they haven't honest with their customers, unprofessional unexperiences . NOT RECOMMENDED Will find another company for my other unit needs By the way just looking at their business starting about couple months ago, it's my fault to hired a company with no experiences, unprofessional and no honest to their customer could be zero star.
