  • Really hoped this was going to be the company I picked. Very friendly technicians good communication with setting up the appointment. I was given a copy of their "HVAC Service Order Invoice" (not an estimate), that stated, under "Description of Work Performed" "Check and Repair unit, pumps need (2)." I signed this invoice and was given a copy. Then was told someone would be calling me to schedule the job. After a week of no one calling me , I received a call was told that I had a past due bill of $160.00, and that this was just the price for the estimate and when they could come out to do the job. I ask how much the job was going to be if and was told "around $1,200." Wasn't happy with the lack of communication about a $160 service fee just to come out and look at it. This should have been communicated during the scheduling. Also was frustrated that 1 week went by with no call, and then was told I had a over due bill of $160. They might be good at their trade but I won't be hiring them, but I did pay the $160 to get them from calling me 4 times in a day.
