• County wide put in 2 new HVAC systems several years ago for us and we have an annual maintenance contract with them. (fantastic service) My elderly neighbor (86 years young) had AC issues and I recommended County wide. Edgar was the tech that came out, trouble shot the issue and ordered the required parts, telling her 5 days. The very next day he called back and said they found the part and would be out in a couple of hours to fix the system. Edgar said someone at county wide has an inside track with the manufacturer and was able to get the part quicker! Great news so she didn't have to suffer through another 97 to 100 degree Texas day!! Edgar then went the extra mile and changed the filter, blew out the drain line and quality checked the inside air handler. I know she was extremely grateful for the excellent customer service; quality workmanship and professionalism. I am also very pleased it all went so well for her and glad I recommended County Wide. Keep up the great work!!
