Had Daley Air come out and install a entire new unit. I had a few local big time companies come out and all recommended a new unit in less then 30 minutes. Daley Air sent out Simon, and he made me feel like a (customer) The next day Jacob, Simon and Jayden came out to install everything and did a phenomenal job. Everything was done same day, and they exceeded my expectations. Jacob was able to answer every question, he's very knowledgeable. The amount of detail that was taken told me i picked the right company, these guys definitely take the worry out of the process! Highly recommend them!

After calling one morning with an emergency HVAC issue (broke in the heat of summer & I had a newborn at home!), Simon was out the same day to get us back up and running. A while later, we decided our unit needed to be updated and they were out to explain all the information to us and had it installed just a few days later. The whole team is extremely nice and customer oriented! We will be using them for all our HVAC needs in the future.

I can’t recommend this company enough. Our AC stopped cooling in the middle of the Texas heat, and after diagnosing the system, they believed the indoor coil was the problem. They were upfront that they couldn’t guarantee it 100%, but they took the time to explain the science behind their diagnosis and why they were confident. They ended up being exactly right. Instead of trying to sell me a brand-new unit, they replaced the coil and saved me a significant amount of money. I really appreciated their honesty and the fact that they focused on fixing what was actually broken instead of upselling me. While they were here, they also checked my capacitor and showed me that it was testing out of range. They didn’t pressure me at all—they simply explained that it could continue working for a while or it could fail unexpectedly. Since I remember dealing with failed capacitors in the past, I chose to replace it, and they did it at a very fair price. What stood out most was how knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy they were. They answered every question I had, explained everything in detail, and made sure I understood my options. It’s hard to find companies like this anymore. If you need honest HVAC professionals who know what they’re doing and won’t try to sell you something you don’t need, I highly recommend them.

DALEY AIR WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND AMAZING! The other company I had a high priced monthly service agreement with would not come out and even look at the AC unit that wasn’t cooling for 3 weeks. DALEY AIR came out first thing MONDAY MORNING diagnosed the problem, and even called the manufacturer to cover the larger parts. The AC technicians from DALEY AIR were honest, extremely professional and did not try to upsale at anytime. If you want genuine, honest, and extremely reliable service for your AC DALEY AIR is the only way to go! Thank you for the great service!

Our AC wasn’t blowing any cold air on a Friday night. We called this company Saturday morning and they came the same day and fix the issue. The prices were great and the atmosphere with the repair person was wonderful. I would recommend this service 100%. We felt so safe and comfortable, having a them in our house.
