• We had just come home from a extended road trip and woke up and the house was cold! The outside temperature was in the low 20's ans inside was in the low 50's. Our neighbor referred us and boy were they spot on! Ryan has 2 calls in progress but came out and got us up and running in no time. • Our AC unit went out yesterday evening. We called several companies, with most telling us they couldn't get to us til 3 or 4 days! I get it, its hot! ACs are working overtime, capacitors are crapping out or whatever but Even with my heart and lung disease, these others didn't seem to think it was an emergency! A couple of friends suggested Crosswinds and said I could go on their website and fill out a form and they would get it in the morning! She was able to get us on the schedule for this morning original ETA around 10:30am. The techs arrived early! Which would never happen with other companies in the area. • I never leave reviews but I had an emergency situation at my house! Our HVAC company (One Hour) couldn’t get us an appointment until June 30 & didn’t make us feel like a valued customer! There was water leaking from the ceiling from our return vent last night & we were up until 1AM vacuuming & calling hvac companies.
