From beginning to end this company communication was amazing!!! The office representative kept me in the loop with any and everything! My service technician was also amazing! With all the thousands of questions I had Devin Guy made it his priority that I understood everything he was explaining!!! The installation team which includes Reid, Maryland, David and Brandon(B) the was awesome and worked very well as a team! Everyone was during the part ti get the job done correctly and effectively!!! I appreciate the patience they had with me as well and you may think I had question for the service Technician I also and Master questions for the Installation great! They ensured me there was nothing to weary about and they are here if anything is needed Thank you so much everyone!

Savannah was very easy to talk too and kept me updated with appointment times and technician arrival estimates. Devin truly cared about the health of my rental AC unit. Reid n Tony did a great job on installation of my new HVAC system .On time, knowledgeable, and polite. Cleaned up and evan moved something that was too heavy for me. Pricing was reasonable. This company gives great customer service, which is hard to come by these days. Angie in the office is so nice. She makes sure thing go forward in a timely matter. She also makes sure any problems get resolved quickly. Always great customer service from the whole team. I highly recommend Energy Pro for your ac, and heating needs. August 2026 Needed a repair and David and Devin both had came out for the job. Both friendly, explained what they did. They treat your home with respect, evan cover their shoes before entering. Im glad I chose this company!!

The experience was awesome from start to finish! I have been going back and forth with another company for 3 days and getting nowhere. Their last visit here they were still unable to fix it. I spoke to your office Friday and Reid was here by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Within about 15 minutes he found what he thought was the problem. He Explained it to me and even showed me a picture so I could better understand. About 20 minutes later it was fixed and we were up and running. Energy Pro definitely has a new customer!! It is refreshing in this day and age to find this kind of service attitude. I will definitely tell others! Fast forward a couple years and our system finally died. Savannah in the office was wonderful to deal with. She had us scheduled and installed in less than a week in the dog days of summer. David and Maryland were here first thing and worked non-stop all day until the job was done! Excellent company to work with! Highly recommend!

Thank you Savannah, David, Maryland, and Reid. Mr. David and Mr. Maryland are great technicians. My replacement window unit has been a pain in the tuchus! They always manage to laugh and keep a smile on their faces. Miss Savannah is a sweetheart. She answers the phones. She has been keeping me updated as soon as she finds out the latest information concerning my case. I have to wait for the okay from my rental company before anything can be done. It isn’t fun going without AC in the summer. I know that Energy Pro Heating & Cooling will go above and beyond to get the job done, and finish getting my AC installed. Thank you Mr. Reid, for coming out with Mr. David, back in April. I’m very grateful to have a team that’s willing to do whatever work that’s needed to get the job done. Edit 24 August 2026: Miss Savannah called me around 08:00 this morning to let me know that the technician would be at my location in the next hour. Mr. Reid got my most recent AC unit working. It needed some alterations. I know this job was a straight up PAIN IN THE TUCHUS. Thank you guys so much for getting it done. I’m so grateful.
