• I accompanied the service technician into the furnace room. Before beginning work on the furnace he set the thermostat to keep the furnace running, He verified the operation of the gas sensor and also of the flame heat sensor. This latter part required him to clean the sensor surface. He gave a complete description of his actions and offered advice on heat pump installations and the heat recovery ventilation system. After the service was complete he reset the thermostat for normal operation during the heating season.

• A big five stars to the entire team from front office to estimators to install guys and ending with support for completing paperwork for federal rebate for heat pump. Proser heating have assisted my parents with their aging heat pump over the last several years. This year their recommendation was to have it replaced. Thankfully the federal rebate program was back in effect and prior to installation, due to the diligent efforts of Adam, approval was received for a unit with two pumps. Installation was scheduled in a very timely manner, communication regarding what to expect on install day arrived within moments of scheduling the install. An email was received communicating what to expect on install day, including that the install team would bring carpets to lay down so is not to make an excessive mess. On install day, a team of three arrived as scheduled promptly. Got to work and by 3:00 p.m. complete install removal and cleanup was completed. Can't say enough about how professional the team was, respectful of the home, and particularly the outside installation and covering of wires and pipes. The outside covers over pipes are so professional and seamless that it looks like they're part of the siding of the house, the team was very patient in answering all of our questions leading up to install including questions regarding the rebate program. 2 weeks in the two pump system in my parents home is working like a dream. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team. Support your local businesses!
