General air conditioner service to make sure we're ready for the hot Northern Ca. summers! Crystal blue had some do it myself recommendations for sealing the box on the wall from water running behind it as it wasn't mounted well by the company that installed the unit. I appreciate the advice and this is something I can easily do myself.

Shoddy work. Unethical pricing. Charged us about $1,200 per hour for half an hour's work that they had suggest would take several hours. A week later the repair leaked and flooded our kitchen and living room. When they came back out they argued about it.

I had a sewer backup and a rental. Called Crystal Blue Sunday night and got a call back first thing Monday morning. They were out there by 1:30 that day and got it all taken care of. This was the second time I’ve used them for the same issue. The reason I continue to come back to them is their customer service. They are responsive and communicate with you through the whole procedure. Friendly and helpful as well. Qualities that are not typical for businesses anymore. I trust them and will continue to use them.

They’ve performed a few different services for us now, and all of their technicians I dealt with were professional and responsive and seemed knowledgeable. Nathan is especially good. I really like these guys. So professional friendly and knowledgeable. They replaced the ductwork and installed dampers to even flow air across the house and into each room. They completed the work, adjusted the flows, checked them to my satisfaction, cleaned up, sent me before and after photos. I am part of a maintenance program where they come 3 times a year and check/ tune up my hvac clean my filters make sure optimally running. All of them super clean and neat, respectful, friendly. I can’t ask for more than that. And I’m supporting a local small business.
