I was charged $647 for a service that took approximately 15 minutes, and I was also informed that the diagnostic fee was not included in the cost of addressing the issue. My understanding is that other companies typically include the diagnostic as part of the service, so I was surprised by the additional cost. I chose your company because I’ve known Dennis since the company first started, and I wanted to support a business I was familiar with. Unfortunately, the overall cost left me disappointed. That said, I do want to recognize the technician who came to my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. He was definitely the highlight of the experience.
