• Grossman Air is a phenomenal company! My Jacuzzi pool heater which is only 2 years old, has broken down twice already. There are only a few companies that work on heat pumps. I was so happy to find them! I teach babies how to swim and I need my pool heater to work. I can't put the babies in cold water. Last Monday, my heater stopped worked. I called them as soon as I had my lunch break, I told them who I was and they had a technician there within the hour. Unfortunaly, it needed parts, so they did put a rush on them. By Friday, they still hadn't received them at their store, and I was told they don't work Saturdays. I knew I couldn't teach on Monday because my pool kept dropping in temp because of all the rain we've been having. The owner called me back on Friday and said the parts were in Pt. St. Lucie. I even said, I would gladly go get them. He said not to worry, they were going to go up and get them and they would come and fix my heater on a Saturday! I was so happy! That is true customer service and they really took my situation into consideration so that I would be able to go back in the pool on Monday! Thank you so much Grossman Air Conditioning! The technician was beyond nice and knowledgable and I can't recommend this company enough for all your air conditioning needs!

• Hands down one of the best service experiences I had in a very long time. I had an issue with my mini split AC and I called four other places. Two of them never called me back and the other two were astronomical. When I call this place they were so nice on the phone. She was so kind. They were able to see me the next day. The service guy that came out Gary was phenomenal. He even wore booties in my house. He was very knowledgeable, kind, took his time and checked the entire machine for leaks. He was using a mirror and looking behind stuff. He was not just wham bam pay me kind of person . He thoroughly explained what the issue was and why it occurred. He had me up and running in an hour. I have found my new AC people. I will be definitely calling them within the next week or two to do preventative maintenances on my other units. I highly recommend this place. The prices are reasonable and the service is impeccable from the people from the phone all the way to the technician that came out. Shout out to everyone and especially Gary. This is my second time using them and it went great this time. Also, I did a preventative maintenance on two units at my home and this man took his time and cleaned all the nook and crannies. He is a real good service guy. Great prices and the secretary called me to let me know when he was coming. You couldn't ask for any better service

• My week started out terrible. My computers were going on the blink, the battery in my boat needed to be charged and my son wanted to borrow money. Then the pool heater didn't work. I remembered Jeff Grossmann from 40 years ago he had a A/C company and was a very nice gentlemen. I called Wednesday, Melissa said "they will be there tomorrow" they came out Thursday right on time, perfect. Tom and Gary introduced themselves and went right to work. It was fixed efficiently in less than a hour, because of the knowledge they both had. The two men were very respectful and professional. So nice to see two hard working young men.
