  • Eric Freeman was my Miranda repairman this morning for the Aprilaire dehumidifier. It was overwhelmed with dust from construction. Eric took care of the filter problems with it and the separate HVAC, checked and rechecked parts and equipment in the attic and outside, along with inside unit. Very thorough, no nonsense efficiency, professional with advice for future maintenance. Very pleased with his thoroughness. Highly recommend.

They are always punctual, accommodating with scheduling, and very responsive to communications.
