Raul was our lifesaver!! Our Plaza lost power and when it came back on, our three door unit was not cooling. Raul came quickly, diagnosed the issue & had it up and running in no time!!! Excellent service from start to finish! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. They quickly diagnosed the refrigeration issue, explained everything clearly, and got the equipment back up and running with minimal disruption to our business. I really appreciate their attention to detail, honest communication, and quality workmanship. Outstanding service from 2R Cooling & Refrigeration! I called them out to service an ice machine at the Boys & Girls Club of Saint Lucie County , and I couldnât be more impressed with the service we received. Raul was was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to properly diagnose the problem instead of just resetting the machine and sending us on our way. He found that the main issue was a bad water pump and got the machine back up and making ice again. What really stood out to me was how much he cared about doing the job right and helping us get our ice machine back in operation for the kids and staff. He was honest, helpful, and did an amazing job from start to finish. I highly recommend 2R Cooling & Refrigeration to anyone needing commercial refrigeration or ice machine service. Great company, great service, and a technician who clearly takes pride in his work!

I canât say enough good things about 2R Cooling and Refrigeration! Iâm a manager at Panera and we had been dealing with A/C issues for MONTHS. It was getting really frustrating, especially with how important it is to keep the restaurant comfortable for both our employees and customers. 2R came out, took the time to actually figure out what was going on, and got everything taken care of. They were super professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about getting the issue resolved instead of just putting a temporary fix on it. Itâs such a relief to finally have our A/C working the way it should! 2R has been absolutely fantastic. They came out to take care of a couple of issues on my Ice machine and tune up on my air conditioner. Raul was nothing short of awesome. He did not rush to figure out the issue, he showed up on time and educated me on what he did throughout the process. Was friendly, knowledgeable and determined.
