So far so good waiting for the blower to come hopefully the warranty covers it The blower hasn’t been put in yet so we haven’t paid yet so I don’t believe I can answer any of the other questions like I said they just finished replacing the blower and thank goodness there was a warranty so everything was covered, but it doesn’t matter that we didn’t pay anything. What matters is how quickly and how well they got the situation. Resolved again, the compressor went and they were very efficient and we couldn’t be more satisfied how they work and the way they worked

We came home from a weekend away to having no A/C in our house! Contacted A/C Doctors when I awoke and realized my a/c had stopped cooling. I had no service contract in effect as I let previous provider's service lapse on purpose. I had gotten a 1-year service quote from A/C Doctors but hadn't acted upon it yet (my bad). Called for help, receptionist was polite and thorough, and advised I would hear from a tech soon. An hour or two later service tech David Kruse called, arrived, repaired failed compressor start-up components, and explained everything I needed to know. Polite, personable, and capable; what more can one ask for? A/C Doctors has me as a new customer, hands down.
