Dave and Jenny have taken care of our AC system for the past 6 years. Every time we’ve needed them, they always showed up quickly and were super professional and courteous. We had a 30 year old unit that finally gave out and Dave was able to install a new system quickly while we were out of town. Dave even located black mold and took care of it without hesitation. The install was professional and quick. We love our new system and will always trust Always Cool with our AC needs. Thanks again!!

Regular maintenance and repair of equipment in the attic superior service dependable and my unit runs fabulous I service it every 6 months for 99.00 of their is any other damage they fix that too extremely knowledgeable company ! Highly recommend this company!

Dave was amazing! Had him come out just to give a tune up and check on our unit to make sure everything was working right. He didn’t come in and try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Talked to my husband like a person and not just a payday. He recommended everything that should be addressed and made sure we were satisfied with everything. Their membership is definitely something to Look into. Highly recommend them!

We moved into a new home and wanted to have our AC unit checked out, so we scheduled a routine seasonal tune-up. From the phone conversation with Jenny to the actual appointment day, I had very positive interactions. On the day of service appointment, David was punctual, thorough, and very polite. He checked all the components and gave me great tips to keep my system running efficiently without trying to upsell me on unnecessary work. It's hard to find such honest and reliable service these days. I paid for their twice yearly maintenance plan which was comparable in cost to what I was paying in central FL where I moved from. Very happy with all aspects of their company!

I would highly recommend Always Cool, Inc. They were fantastic from start to finish. David the owner was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He had my air conditioner up and running in about 30 minutes and my house was nice and cool again . Robbie his employee is also fantastic and is very helpful. I called Dave over Labor Day weekend, and he came out immediately on Labor Day morning and got my air conditioning working. Unfortunately, because my unit was more than 14 years old, I needed to have it replaced. Dave and Jenny helped me with financing, and my new air-conditioning system was installed just two days later. They were professional, budget-friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Always Cool is the only air-conditioning company I will use for both my home and my business. So glad I discovered Always Cool. After a ridiculous $$ quote to replace my AC from another company, I saw Always Cool across the street at my neighbor’s. A $150 service call later and my AC lasted over a year and a half more. Professional and honest. They knew I had been told an hour earlier I needed to replace my entire AC. Finally, replaced my 16 year old AC this month and had complete peace of mind choosing them again.
