• I called this company yesterday afternoon because their sticker was on our air handler. Our AC wasn’t turning on and the thermostat was showing some strange reading. Supposed to be a 90+ degree weekend, so I was hoping they had availability later in the day. Nothing available and weekend calls were fairly pricey (same with all HVAC, plumbers, etc). The gentleman on the phone was nice enough to walk me through some troubleshooting for the thermostat… which ended up working! We’ll definitely be reaching out for their services in the future.

• I had to share my experience with this company. I had another company come out and gave me a quote for cleaning my ac vents. 1700$ I called around and was getting same kind of deal. Then I called American Air and was so happy I did. I told him just like I did with all the other places that my unit was a new construction only a year old. He said for his clear conscience that my vents don't need cleaning and to change my filters every 30 days instead of every few months that I was doing. Are you kidding me I said and to think I was considering paying that. • My air conditioner went down three times in a 4 week period (late June through late July) during 90+ degree weather. After the repair person couldn’t get it to work I called American Air on a Saturday, after working hours and left a message. Within 30 minutes I got a call back from Jeff. I explained the situation and Jeff said he would get someone in on Monday. On Sunday afternoon I got a call back from Jeff with a ballpark price for a new system. He said Chris and his crew would be out Monday, late morning. On Monday Cris and the crew came in to assess the situation and promised to get back to me quickly. When Chris called back he gave me an estimate and promised to get back to me as soon as he located one of the components. Chris called before the end of the workday, he had located the part and scheduled the install for 8:00 AM on Wednesday. Chris and the crew were there on time Wednesday and installed a new system in just over 3 hours. Great service. July 24, 2024 Update on my earlier review: I just had amazing service from American Air Cares during a recent service call. I called on a Monday morning and talked to Chris. Cris explained that with the current spell of 90+ degree days with his backlog he would not be able to get to me until Tuesday. Chris, accompanied by 2 service techs were in before 11:30 AM Tuesday and had resolved my problem quickly and much to my satisfaction. Again I am glad that I chose Am. Air Cares when I replaced my system last year.
