Alex came a fix my refrigerator, it works now

On August 24th Alex came out and assessed my Fridge prior to him coming out the fridge was make lots of annoying noises rattling and literally waking me up in the middle of the night and leaking water also the indicator message fridge was hot temp Alex showed where ice had froze inside a panel he removed the ice fixed whatever needed so I payed him $185,00 not less than an hour the same message never went off I call and spoke to someone and was told that it would go off. The message never completed went off . I call on September 18th spoke either Anita around 9am she stated she would talk to the technician she call me back late that afternoon and stated that I would be charged if someone came out . Oh did mention there is a thirty day warranty and and as of today my fridge isn’t working properly the high temperature message is still showing and the icemaker continues to leak water This company does not honor the contract I’m very upset let alone I’m out of 185.00 with same issues I started with
