• The team at Above All Air Heating & Cooling is absolutely awesome! When the compressor on my old system failed, it had reached the point where replacement made the most sense. They explained that they could potentially extend its life a little longer, but they were upfront that there was no way to know how long it would last. The system was clearly at the end of its life, so we decided to replace it. James, the owner of the company, was the one who came out and provided me with the quote. I really appreciated the way he handled everything. Rather than pushing me toward one particular system, James took the time to give me several different options at different price points so we could choose what made the most sense for our home and our budget. We ultimately decided to invest in a higher-SEER, high-efficiency two-stage system, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. The installation was incredibly quick and efficient. Fernando and his team did a phenomenal job. They were professional, clean, careful with our home, and very strategic about how everything was installed. I was honestly amazed by how smoothly and quickly the entire process went. Lisa was also absolutely amazing. From the moment I called, she was responsive and worked hard to address my concerns and accommodate my requests. Everyone I dealt with from the company provided A+ service. Best of all, my house has never felt this cool and comfortable! I love being able to use the app to monitor how the system is operating. Most of the time it has been cooling in Stage 1, using less power while keeping the house comfortable. I’m really excited to see how that efficiency translates to my electric bill. • I noticed my AC unit was suddenly blowing room temp air at around 6pm. I replaced my air filter because it was pretty dirty, but still had the same problem. Now it's 8:45pm and I think I need a repair. I gave Above All a call around 9pm and they had the technician at my house by 9:15pm. Logan was very professional and friendly and asked me a few questions about what my unit had been doing. He went outside and found the problem and informed me he had the part he needed in his truck and could repair it immediately. Once he was completely done he gave me a little advice about keeping my AC unit maintained and went on his way. The whole ordeal from phone call to Logan closing the front door as he left took about an hour. Absolutely amazing work and turn around time. I was very impressed.
