The is company seems like a scam I was charged for a yearly maintenance service I have been calling there is no answer I fact the number no longer works! Looks like they are doing contact and taking money but then disappear and you just lost your money

Always courteous and polite. Updated: July 2026….closed! No one answers and no note about ending the company after using them for 8 years and a work contract signed and payed for 2026-2027. I will be attempting to get my money back.

Completed a/c maintenance on June 18. I mentioned the very loud noise my unit makes when turning on and off. Tech Tyler told me someone would get back to me about fixing it by possibly replacing the motor. My unit has another year on the warranty No one has contacted me. I have left several messages when my calls go to voicemail. No one answers the phone in the office. I have used this company for 9 years ! Very disappointed.

We have been trying to reach Speedy for over a week. We have a service plan with them. We have not heard back. We have a feeling they went out of business. Now we are out the money for the service plan. If they are still in business-I would not recommend using them because of the lack of communication.

I got a text from them letting me know they were on their way. I have a service plan with Speedy and it covers 2 service visits. They got my second one done before it expired thankfully. I will be renewing the plan. Tyler was my tech and he was lovely. Engaging, capable of carrying on a conversation and he gor the job done with no issues.

Poor installation, I spent money with another company to fix their mess. Installer fell through ceiling and they wanted to use unlicensed painter to repair. Wanted to charge diagnostic fee while unit was their warranty / manufacturers warranty.
