  • From the on-site visit to provide a quote to the final installation, the entire experience was outstanding. The technician arrived on time, took the time to assess my home, explained my options clearly, and provided an honest, no-pressure quote. I appreciated how knowledgeable and how easily accessible for questions he was as I made my decision. Installation day went just as smoothly. The crew was punctual, efficient, and took my input seriously. They completed the installation neatly, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. My new system runs quietly and keeps the house perfectly comfortable. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional, reliable HVAC team. Excellent customer service, quality workmanship, and a seamless experience.

  • For over 10 years, Custom Air has provided exceptional service for Shannon Oaks and Clarendon Court. Whether it's maintaining our HVAC equipment, or responding to a plumbing emergency, the team is quick to respond and communicates clearly and professionally. I've met numerous technicians over the years, and each one has been very courteous and hard-working. They are always willing to work with us to schedule repairs to minimize disruptions to our residents and staff.

  • Try any other company you can before trying custom air as their billing practices are very unethical. The work they did was fine but AFTER I paid the amount that was quoted to me they then sent ANOTHER bill for the original estimate for $390!!! They never warned me about having to pay for a quote and I’ve never heard of a company charging their for a quote. ALSO, for a different job they quoted me for I found another company to do the same work for half the price. So very very expensive company to use and unethical billing practices. I recommend trying any other company first and getting other quotes before using Custom Air. (Also they charged me $690 to do a simple pressure test and turn off our hot water).

  • Avoid this company. They hit my truck while it was parked, based off these other reviews they clearly have a problem when it comes to driving.

  • Wonderful human beings! Custom Air are so committed to trades and apprenticeships in BC, they donated some equipment to my school shop program, they even arranged delivery.

  • Waking up to the cool breeze of my brand new AC unit makes me spring out of bed every morning now, thanks to driver 131 for the amazing installation job! Cheers John

  • I want to report extremely reckless and unprofessional driving by one of your company van drivers on Highway 10 traveling from Surrey toward Langley. On Friday, March 6, between approximately 6:35–6:50 AM, your driver was driving very aggressively, constantly changing lanes, tailgating vehicles, and repeatedly flashing high-beam lights at drivers. The driver even kept the high beams on while driving behind vehicles, which is both dangerous and completely unacceptable. After I used my indicator and safely merged in front of the van, the driver appeared to get angry and started driving even more aggressively. This kind of behavior from someone operating a company-branded vehicle is shocking and reflects very poorly on your business. I had my child in the car, and this reckless driving created a very unsafe and frightening situation for us and for everyone else on the road. If this is how your employees behave while representing your company, it seriously damages your reputation. Drivers operating company vehicles should be held to a much higher standard of safety and professionalism. I strongly suggest the company address this driver’s behavior immediately before someone gets seriously hurt. I will be reporting this incident

  • Well i hope you do better work in people’s house as for your drivers not so .Wednesday afternoon Van #131 .Speeding,in Hov by himself, driving erratically on Highway crossing lanes with signal.Oh yeah the vehicle should not be on road sounds like transmission or engine going to fall out .That guy should not be ever on road .Great hire on your point

  • Didn’t personally use this company but I was driving home yesterday and one of their drivers gave me the finger and honked at me for a situation that wasn’t my fault. He drove aggressively past me, Looks pretty bad on the company having their drivers treat the public like that. I believe the number of the car was 131.

  • I've served on multiple Strata councils and boards for over 10 years and have worked with many companies. CustomAir stands out by consistently delivering on their promises. Their work is stellar, and they are a reliable partner. Kim Cheng Oakwyn Realty Master Medallion Member, Greater Vancouver Realtors©

  • They charged us $470 for 30 min of work. Just to tell that the air conditioner is out of gas. Never came back to fix it after reaching out multiple times. This company is litteraly a scam.

    Kostya D.

  • Extremely poor communication by both the staff who came to do the work and the booking staff. This resulted in confusion about the work that was/wasn’t completed, since part of the job wasn’t done. We won’t hire them again.

    Carolanne O.

  • Highly recommended great customer service

  • I would never use this company in the future.Custom air has no customer service so please avoid the disappointment by not using hiring them.

  • Had a new Hot Water tank installed from CustomAir - from ordering to installation it was a positive experience! Highly recomend CustomAir !

    Donald S.

  • The worst job I ever had. We spent over $13,000 to put in a new hot water tank and a three levels water filtering system in September 2021 in Kelowna, BC, and the experience has been terrible. After the new hot water tank was installed, we had no hot water, because the technician forgot to link up the hot water supply. After experienced bad odor for six months after taking down some drywall and went thru many drainage, we found that Customair didn’t put in the P-trap for the hot water tank’s drain. Customair agreed we paid half of the charge. Recently, we found there is a water leak in a joint which Customair put in. After my complaint they said I have to pay for the inspection service. If I have to pay for new service it will not be Customair. What is more annoying is that Customair didn’t put a bottom plate under the new hot water tank. I was told by a plumber friend this is unprofessional practice!

  • Best HVAC company ever! Super fast service and quality one as well!

    Ivan M.

  • Completely overcharged for a simple job. Never again.

    Marco S.

  • Was a long term commercial customer of Custom Air. Had the worst experience with them. Dishonest company and guy on site had no idea what he was doing. Avoid these guys at all cost

    Rob G.

  • Not sure about their Residencial service so I can't comment on that, But if you are a business owner then think twice before calling them. You will get charged in way that you have never been before.
