• Had a really great experience with Eco Expert HVAC. We had six different companies come out for quotes, and Eco Expert was easily one of the most knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of our questions, were quick to respond, and made the whole process really easy. We also had to change our original installation plan because of some strata concerns, and they were super flexible and helpful throughout the process. Moe did our installation and was awesome. A few unexpected issues came up, but he was great at working through them with us, explaining the options, and making sure everything was done properly. • Rude and incompetent! Gentleman doesn’t know how to read control panel. The first thing he said was I need to check drainage to make sure it’s not clogged! Asked for pipe map. I didn’t have it since I live in an apartment. So he charged me 1 hr and left and said call me when you have the map! Another company came and check the code. The issue was no gas in the system. They charged the refrigerant, found the leak and fixed it. I called Flame Ignite back and complained. Gentleman said I won’t refund you, do whatever you want”. Haven’t seen a worse service in this industry!!

• Quoted me a price to replace a hot water tank on the weekend, and then on Monday when their supplier opens, lets me know price has gone up $300 and said they didn’t think tank would be that expensive. Come on, I am sure you have been in the business long enough to not misquote by 37%. I can understand if you are off by a bit but 37% of a difference is big. I sent photos of the work and existing tank model needed to be done so there shouldn’t be any excuses as to what you didn’t know what you were quoting.

• Recently we decided to replace the old furnace in our house with a new Trane furnace. The new furnace was a larger 120,000 BTU unit that was wider than the old one. It also required a furnace plenum (stand and air filter box) that was even wider than the new furnace itself. With all the water and gas pipes and air ducts going through the furnace/boiler room, space was at a premium. I was very worried that the installation of the new furnace would run into trouble. It looked like a very difficult task. However, Sohrab, the technician in charge of the furnace installation, did a fantastic job from start to finish. Not only did he fit the new furnace and plenum in place of the old one, he actually did a beautiful job by reorganizing some of the space. The installation took the entire day, but everything now looks clean and organized. The new furnace has been working without any issues and our house is much more comfortable now. I’m extremely happy with the work that Sohrab did for us . I highly recommend Sohrab and I would hire him for any future heating and cooling projects without hesitation.
