If I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would! From top to bottom these guys are amazing. The price was reasonable, the techs were all professional and great to work with as well! Just, wow. I had an idea we'd never had a competent technician to our house, ever; but now is the proof. AJ accomplished in one hour what has been -"I don't know", and then making it worse by fake trying- and charging us - for 8 years. I won't name the other company, as they probably won't allow this review. 5 star 100% D&D, Oxford MA

Great experience overall experience. Called on a Monday and spoke with Summer who was extremely pleasant, she was able to get us scheduled for A/C service on Wednesday of the same week. Jimmy came out and was earlier than we expected, which was awesome. He was wonderful, explained the issues and asked before doing any work. We will definitely be using D&D in the future!!

Working with D&D was so simple and effiicient. They were were very patient with all of my questions and ensured I understood my options. Day of install they were on time and on point throughout the day. The install crew was outstanding and respectful and attention to detail was great. At the end of it all they cleaned up thoroughly and explained everything well.

Used for both commercial and residential. Extremely friendly staff and technicians. VERY HONEST. Fair pricing. Transparent. Trustworthy. The best part is their timing. They have a great text alert system and won’t waste your time with a huge window. If they say 8-10am, they come on the early side and keep you updated when they leave their shop. You can time it almost down to the minute. Very happy. Practical solutions- not wasting your time and money.
