⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Out-of-State Service & Fast Turnaround! All good things about Casey and his team. We live on the East Coast and own a rental property in Aurora, CO. During the hottest week of the year, our A/C unit completely went out. Being thousands of miles away, managing this could have been a nightmare, but Casey went completely out of his way to make it seamless. He coordinated with both our property management company and our tenant to get into the property ASAP, diagnose the issue, and provide a quote. Because our system was quite old, and it made sense to do the furnace at the same time and to ensure the new A/C unit would function correctly and most efficiently. For context, I received three quotes total, two of which were competitive, and Casey’s was one of those. What really set Casey apart was his exceptional customer service and urgency: Speed: He went out of his way to check stock and rush the installation, knowing our tenant was displaced due to the extreme heat. Communication: He kept me updated regularly every step of the way, promptly sending the quote, updates, and warranty information. Reliability: He and his team arrived when promised and completed the job on schedule. Above & Beyond: He even took the burden off our shoulders by promising to handle and submit all the warranty paperwork for us. Our property manager was impressed by their efficiency, and our tenant had nothing but good things to say about the experience. Casey turned a stressful situation into a smooth, hassle-free process. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend their fantastic services!

Dad's/Casey put in a Amana Furnace and AC unit. Had a few schedule problems on Dad's and also my side. My HOA decided to do the roads on the same day we had scheduled to do the job. So we had to postpone it. But it all worked out for Dad's/Casey and myself. System is up and working. And I know if there is a problem. Casey will be there to fix it. He kept my old Amana unit that was over 16 years old working when I had another company say it was not fixable and they wanted $30,000 for a new HVAC system. My son referred me to Dad's/Casey and I am so glad he did. Thanks Casey for everything.
