• I called Grand Home Services after having had another company out that said my R22 system was a bit low on refrigerant, and I should start saving for a new system (~$8-10K). After the first company came out and did hardly anything, didn't even look at the system in the basement, Brian came out and did a thorough review of my system outside and in the basement. Brian was so thorough, he explained things very thoroughly, and he charged less than the first company that merely hosed down my compressor and told me to start planning for a new compressor. Needless to say, the other company is no longer in my phone contacts, and I will use Grand Home Services in the future. I appreciate their honesty and reasonable pricing.

• I have used this Company many times over the years. My residential AC stopped working. I called and a service tech named Brian answered the phone directly and scheduled an appointment just a few hours from then. He took the time to explain in detail the inner workings of the AC unit, the diagnostics process, the fix actions and the future maintenance activities which need to take place. Very knowledgeable. He was also very tolerant of my mischievous dog. Nothing is cheap anymore, but the work was done well.

• Rip off tech. First inspection is cost $90 and he gave me an estimate to replace Inducer Motor in my furnace at $ 2,308.82 ????? !!!!! Really !!!! I asked can you break down how much is parts and how much is for laber and he said they don't work like per hour. That is the price. I asked how long it will take to install he said 30 minutes I found out wholes set of inducer motor cost $200 and basically he is charging $ 1,800 for labor Found some resanable guy for $700 part and labor installed.
