Dara at Primary Air Home Services was fantastic. When our AC stopped working, he walked me through troubleshooting on the very first call and diagnosed the issue as low freon. He talked us through our options and helped us decide the best path forward, which ended up being a full unit replacement. He completed the entire job in a single day — diligent, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Highly recommend Dara for any HVAC needs. What an absolute professional! Dara was recommended to us by a close friend and we are so glad we called him. With temperatures in the 90s all week, we needed our AC fixed as quickly as possible. Dara came out the very next day, carefully diagnosed the issue and took the time to explain everything in detail. He was incredibly thorough and showed me the parts (capacitor)that needed to be replaced. He even walked me through how to use our AC more efficiently to avoid overworking the AC in the future. I'm always cautious of companies that try to upsell without offering honest options, but Dara was transparent and genuinely had our best interest in mind. I was having issues with my air conditioner, and Dara came to my rescue. He was very prompt and sent messages while he was en route to keep us aware of how soon he would be here which was very helpful. When he came, he checked everything out, was precise and diligent in his job and using his expertise in testing all the equipment, he found one component that needed to be replaced and it was saving me lots of money. I had been told that I needed a whole new air-conditioning system, which was not true so I highly recommend Dara to come and use him as your HVAC system to get a second opinion or he can even repair it. Dara came over to fix my AC; he spent a good amount of time educating me on my unit, he fixed the problem and it is working again. He had all the right equipment to check if the system was running properly and even wore foot cover when walking through the house. He could have made me pay more for something but found out that it wasn’t necessary so Im grateful and appreciate his honesty. He communicated with me very clearly and I loved his service and professionalism. A very likeable guy.
