• Yesterday, Daniels came out to replace our 16-year-old HVAC system, which was very much on its last legs and fully aboard the struggle bus after the recent heat wave. The team that came out, Peanut, John, and Jeremiah, was absolutely incredible. They were thoughtful, kind, professional, and so quiet I barely knew they were here. They arrived on time, completed everything, and had the area cleaned up by 2:30 p.m. Based on Ronnie’s quote and recommendation, they also did minor duct work to enlarge the supply ducts to the far end of the house. We heard and felt air coming out of three vents that we honestly had not felt in over 20 years of living here. Ronnie was the only person who mentioned that solution when he came out to quote us for a new system, and it made an immediate difference. While the install was happening, Mrs. Daniels, the owner, came by personally to collect payment and have us sign the contract. I am usually someone who prefers to do things online, but having her show up in person and put a face to the business was such a thoughtful touch. She even hugged me at the end of the transaction. From start to finish, this was a wonderful experience. The system works beautifully, the house already feels better, and the people made the whole process feel personal and cared for. I would absolutely recommend Daniels.

• The receptionist and female owner of this company have consistently come across as rude and unpleasant when I’ve called. After speaking with others, I have noticed a troubling pattern: the Black people I’ve spoken with seem to report similar treatment, while non-Black customers do not appear to have the same experience. Because of that, I was left feeling that race may have influenced how I was treated. I was accused of refusing to pay, but I explained that I did not even know there was a balance due because this is a rental property, and the invoices may have been sent there instead of directly to me. Instead of handling the matter with professionalism and fairness, I felt dismissed and judged. I told the female owner I would be sharing my experience and perspective in a Google review, and she made it clear she did not care. To me, that reflects the attitude of a company that feels comfortable treating people poorly without concern for the impact. They will not get my business again, and I would not recommend them to others.

• I’m not sure if this is the correct company as I only saw the truck for a minute or two on the road this morning but I just want to say if it is the right company you guys just got a customer for life I don’t have any HVAC issues but if you guys had a driver in a work truck D-54 Wednesday March 4th I just want to let yall know he saw me in my big truck trying to get out of the gas station onto busy courthouse got in the right lane so when the light turned green he could let me in ( people are in such a damn rush no one ever wants to do that) then after he let me in got back into the left hand lane and continued on! To have the kindness and presence of mind to do that during early morning traffic when we are all trying to get to work was one of the nicest things I’ve seen so far and kindness goes a long way this company didn’t even service me but I can see how kind they are and they will be the first I think if if I ever do need a service done Thank you driver D-54

• I had Daniel's come to flush a water heater and clean my dryer vent. At the same time there was a handyman replacing a water faucet cartridge in my kitchen. When he left to get parts, Kenny, the technician, confirmed with him that he shut the water off in the kitchen as he would be turning it back on. Turns out he had not, and when the water was turned on it sprayed all over my kitchen and hard wood floors. Kenny got down on his hands and knees and helped me mop up the water so it would not damage my floors. This was totally not his fault but he stayed and helped me and could not have been kinder.
