David was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the full process of changing out my AC unit. He provided a multi faceted quote and walked me through the right unit to pick for my house while counseling me on what the right option was based on price, quality, and efficiency ensuring I didn’t over pay for something I didn’t need. When the time came to install he was punctual, removed the unit easily in a tight hallway and was able to replace the new unit as soon as the closet was ready ensuring we were out of AC for the least amount of time possible. He took it a step further by doing a full plenum repair, saving me from needing to replace all my ducting. He also inspected the rest of the ducting and discovered overlapping duct work impacting the efficiency of our system and that some of the ducting had been set up with dryer duct coils that would attach to the back of a drying machine, had no insulation, and was thus causing condensation in the attic wearing away at the roof. David was easily one of the best contractors I’ve worked with in the past 5 years and I could not recommend him more highly to anyone. Whereas most contractors find 3-4 more problems, it felt like David was able to eliminate 5-6 and make our life infinitely easier. Thanks again!
