• I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Quoted me over the phone a price for a mixing valve. He went to site. Did an adjustment without parts. Charged for service call. Worked for a short while and the problem came back. I mention this to him and he says call a plumber to replace the mixing valve. He should have let me know from the start he can’t do that repair as I would have selected someone else. His tone on the phone was also very ignorant and was acting smart. Improve the way you speak to customers.
