Desert West was founded on September 24th, 2011. We are family owned and operated and have long standing ties to the Las Vegas Valley. The owner has lived in Las Vegas since 1973, is a former Army Ranger and Retired LVMPD SWAT Officer. Discounts for LE, Vets, 1st Responders & Seniors We have built this company on the principles of Honesty, Integrity and Quality Workmanship, providing the community with a HVAC service company they can trust. Our Top Priorities are Customer Satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction. We provide continuing education and training opportunities to our employees so we can provide our customers with knowledgeable and skilled Tradesman. • I couldn’t say too many good things about this company. My air stopped in the middle of the night. I used their website to request service. I received a text at 11:28 pm advising that their tech would be at my house between 8 & 2. Received a call at 7:35 am letting me know the techs would be here between 8 & 10. Techs arrived at 8:29, diagnosed the issue, completed the repair and were gone by 9:00. Amazing!
