Edgar stayed true to his original quote which was almost HALF of what everyone else in town quoted. • Came out and said they wouldn’t do the service because of the type of roof I had. Once they told me that I called Anytime Plumbing & HVAC. They were on site in less than 30 minutes, diagnosed in 10, had parts handy and A/C unit fixed in 20 minutes. All for an extremely fair price. Even gave this company Durango a chance to let it be when they called me back I specified that I was calling initially because I was upset but that I was now over it and wished them a good day. They got aggressive with me and accused me of “cussing out their technician”. Would never bother or recommend this company ever again

Fortunately, Edgar and his team were able to diagnose and fix the problem with the minimal amount of discomfort for our house sitter and pets. Edgar personally expedited the warranty process to replace the compressor as quickly as possible. He went above and beyond to provide relief from the heat, including a temporary air conditioning unit. He was in constant contact with us during the repair despite a great time difference.
