Corbin was our AC tech and was absolutely phenomenal! He replaced our fan blower motor and replaced 2 capacitors in both of my AC units This company is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and punctual with great communication all The way around this company. I signed up for a membership and couldn’t be any happier with that decision. I highly recommend this company for all of your home needs.

Houston did a terrific job! We had another company come out and they couldn’t figure out the issue with our fireplace, Houston was able to fix it in 15 mins, and also gave it a quick clean!! Definitely using them again in the future!

Terrell Holmes can talk down without making it feel that way - that's a priceless skill! I *felt* like I was making long term technical decisions when to him it must have been painful to watch. But he was patient, didn't seem to mind repeating the same info, and then helped me focus and consider alternatives when it came time for real decisions. All of which is to say: Terrell knows. And when I comes to electrical work, I think most importantly, he shows his comoetanxe without being a jerk about it. This is how much I recommend Terrell: if your worried about some kid hooking up wires that will burn down your house, don't call that kid, call Terrell. - Pete

Needed help with a mini-split for my garage and spoke to about 10 companies/people on what to do and which unit, how big, etc. Express was the only company that I spoke with where I didn’t feel like I was being swindled. The price was fair and probably the most important thing, they answered the phone and did what they said. That doesn’t sound like a lot, but out of everyone I spoke with they were consistent and called or came by when they said they would…that’s a rarity nowadays. You can’t pay for that level of trust. Thank you. Everyone that I came in contact with was exceptional. The install team-Gary, Brian and Christian were very personable and even asked if I had any questions about how I wanted it installed. Patrick and Eric were also very helpful with addressing my needs and helping me select the right unit. This was first time dealing with Express Home Services and I would definitely recommend this company. I will be telling everyone I know to use you guys.

The blower on our AC system failed late in the afternoon and Express Home Services showed up early the next day to evaluate and replace the blower. Express Home Services always provides good service, is reliable and fairly priced, and has a great team.

My AC unit sounded like a jet ready to takeoff every time It turned on. Corbin came and did a very thorough HVAC inspection and much needed repairs. He also took addressed wiring issues that needed attention. My AC is working very well and no longer waking up the neighbors when it turns on

I had the pleasure of having not one, but TWO outstanding employees of Express Home Services help me today. Firstly, Joey from the plumbing department always exceeds my expectations and goes above and beyond to make plumbing ICKNESS, seem effortless, dare I say fun, and always leaves things nicer than found. Today he unclogged some sinks from hell, worked on my sons toilet so it doesn’t screech and wake the neighbors, and after 8 years of living in this home, I finally asked him if there was ANY way to get hot water to my bathtub…. Joey is MAGIG!!! He made it happen!!! I can have my first hot bath ( i shower daily but a girl enjoys a good soak, you know?)in over 7 years!!! Next, my annual AC check up was performed by Mike this year and he was so nice, professional, courteous and his attention to detail sublime. He also left things nicer than found, wore booties so as not to track in dust and dirt and went above and beyond by checking my April Aire filter sizes so I could order the right ones from the “Zon”, so that when I do need them replaced, I will have them handy and not need to hunt them down in 6 months pulling my hair out because I couldn’t remember the numbers!!! Win all around. I couldn’t function without my Express Home Services Team - They can fix all of your urgent home needs as well as routine repairs and maintenance. I know they will be fair and reasonable with pricing in the market place. I know that I will be safe because they let me know when they are coming and a picture of who to expect at my door. You can’t go wrong hiring The Express Home Services Team- and this is not a paid endorsement rather heartfelt, instead.

Houston was the technician for repairing my fireplace. Wow!! I have used Express Home Services before. I, again, am impressed by the professionalism of the office staff and the quality of service and knowledge of the technicians. Houston was so polite and kind. With the right parts and expertise Houston replaced everything that made my gas fireplace work again. Houston was very personable and wore the orange shirt and shoe covers with pride. I have had the pleasure of using Express Home Services before for plumbing and electric. I like companies that even after several years their service, technicians and office staff are still consistently giving great service. It’s rare to find that in a company. Very happy with Express Home Services! Our AC stopped working in the midst of a heat wave and I was able to request an appointment online. They had me scheduled for the next day but called me an hour later that they had a cancellation. Patrick came out same day, was nice, knowledgeable and so helpful. It was fixed in minutes and the pricing was fair 👌
