Mastermind Plumbing did a great job with a plumbing repair. They immediately responded to the issue and were very helpful with coordinating the work needed. I highly recommend them for any plumbing or HVAC work. A shout out to James who worked diligently for hours to repair the problem. They were assigned by Liberty Home Guard, and ended up being a solid company to call in Las Vegas and Henderson for professional plumbing and HVAC work.

Grant is an absolute lifesaver! He took care of our plumbing issues at home, was very thorough in what he was doing, and finished in record breaking time. I had an amazing experience with Mastermind Air and Plumbing. I needed help with my water heater, and tech Alexander Konstantin came to the rescue! He was very knowledgeable, the workmanship was excellent, and the customer service was some of the best I’ve had in years. I will not hesitate to use them again for both plumbing and air-conditioning needs!

I've now met and worked with four employees of this company and they all strike me as people with integrity and honesty, which unfortunately seems to be unusual. Grant and James did great work for me last year, installing a new water heater and NUVO water treatment system, as well as cleaning out my dryer vent. Just yesterday, Alexander and Constantine installed a new smoke detector, flushed the water heater, and installed a new water softener cartridge. Their work was friendly and professional, and their fees are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I rarely leave reviews, because I rarely receive the level of customer-focused service that I did from Mastermind Air and Plumbing! These gentlemen run a stellar HVAC and Plumbing company and, I kid you not, saved me over $50,000 on a plumbing repair, simply because they took the time to listen to me, perform a deeper dive analysis of the leak I was experiencing from our main water line, and resolved the problem is less than a week charging me 5% of what two other major plumbing companies had tried to charge me previously! I can confidently state that this is the most honest plumbing company that I have ever had the opportunity to deal with!

I called Mastermind Plumbing and Air for a faulty AC condensation line at a client's home, and Konstantin and Alexander handled it beautifully. They came out promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and made the repair without any drama or upselling. They explained what was happening and what they were doing every step of the way. Their dispatcher was just as good — clear communication from the first call, updates on timing, and no chasing anyone down for answers. As a Realtor here in the Valley, the vendors I recommend are a reflection of me, so I'm particular about who I send to my clients' homes. Konstantin and Alexander were professional, pleasant, and respectful of the property. In Vegas heat, an AC issue isn't something you sit on, and they treated it with the urgency it deserved. Mastermind is going on my go-to list. Highly recommend.

Devon did the AC repair. Seems like a nice guy. However, he was short with me and didn’t have a customer service attitude. May need some training. Who knows with the young generation of folks who grew up with having everything so easy. He said “I’m calling GT and then I’ll clean up.” I went outside and never saw him again in my life. I have no doubt during the summer he’s being run ragged with a huge work load trying to get off on time. Also, I hope the leader of this company is managing morale for its employees. It has a direct effect on if they give a crap about their customers or if it’s just a pay check.

This is by far the best company I’ve ever went through for A/C. Seem like every summer I’ve moved into a new house I have an issue with the A/C first time we were out of A/C for 30 days and had 2 companies come out to fix it. The next summer we were out of A/C for 60+ days and kept getting referred out. We ended up having 3 different companies look at it. This year we were stressed as how we have kids. We contacted masterminds A/C and plumbing (a company we’ve never used before) on Monday and with in 2 hours someone was at the house taking a look at it. They identified the problem within 30 min of being here and began a temporary fix as it was getting late and they had to get parts. But at least the house cooled down so we were able to sleep. 2days later we come home from work and the house was hot again. We called back, and with in an hour they guys were back at the house with a permanent fix to the problem. They were here maybe an hour and a half. They even called with a follow up a few days later to make sure everything was running smoothly. I have had absolutely zero concerns since. The professionalism and experience in this company if by far unmatched in my opinion. This company is run with true integrity, accountability and complete transparency. They deliver effective solutions and results with accuracy and efficiency . They made us feel like a priority instead of just another work order on their todo list. I can truly say I will never use another company. Thank you James, Devon and Jessie for everything you are exceptional people and i appreciate each of you more then I can put into works.

I called the company yesterday afternoon to request service and was scheduled for this morning. I received an en route call which enabled me to arrive at the destination timely. The problem was diagnosed quickly, the part was procured, and the repair was completed. I am so happy and relieved to have this situation resolved so quickly. Had a great experience with this company. They replaced the water heater without trying to upsell anything. They also added a water softener very reasonably priced. They took their time, cleaned up everything. Followed up to make sure everything was good. Would recommend them. Alexander was very knowledgeable 5 star.

Shout out to Mastermind Air and Plumbing for the quick work on my leaking toilet! Water seeping from the base is never fun, but a quick cleanup, wax ring replacement and viola. The little extra of sealing the ungrouted tile (gotta love Pulte homes, or not) beneath the toilet base was much appreciated. Thanks Grant and Alex!
