• Had Hollywood assigned through my home warranty company. While I'm suspect of some of the contractors that are sent out, and have heard some horror stories, Hollywood was fantastic. Came out next day for an A/C repair/replacement of the capacitor and I was up-and-running again within 25 minutes. Friendly, knowledgeable, and even without a home warranty now, I'd certainly call back if (knock on wood) any other AC problems arise.

• My AC went out about 3 to 4 weeks ago. I have three stories that is controlled by three different thermometers. My home insurance made me go through Hollywood air HVAC heating and cooling. The first day the guy said that he had the issue fixed. The air damper. 30 minutes after he left the air went out . The next day I told the technician from the same company it would work then go out again. He left my house within 30 minutes. My air went out again like I told him. He came back. Unplug my second level thermostat and it hasn’t worked properly every since they have left either my house is either too cold or too hot. They never fix the actual problem. I will never recommend them to anyone.

• Terrible company. How can techs not bother going to the attic to see what the issues are?both techs were nice but I thought second one Stephan knew what he was doing however I went without AC for 14 days! Owner asked if I can still leave a good review are you serious??? I had to spend out of my own pocket to get my unit working with a real company that knows on the first call exactly what the issues were by looking at the zone thermostats and fixed my unit inn;5 minutes. Yes it was over 120 degrees in my attic to replace the part needed whereas these clowns never bothered to look in my attic. Run the other way never use them they are a joke

• This is the worst most in competent company, if the AC was installed by another company, they will not touch your air. At least that's the service I receive today. Not only was the tech extremely rude, he hardly spoke English. Sound, I'd like he was from Russia. Very, very unprofessional, this is not the first encounter i've had with this technician, I don't understand how he still has a job. So remember if your AC was installed by some other company, this company will not touch it.
