Very professional and knowledgeable the first time. Will not use again based on the four messages I have left with Heather. I was told there are two Heathers and that is the confusion. IMO… anyone who says they will call you back should calm you back. I have since told three friends/neighbors not to use them when they were replacing their furnace and ac units. I didn’t want to work with them but they purchased the company that installed our furnace and ac unit three years ago. 4 messages with Heather. Nothing happened. No resolution or even a call back. 2 messages with the after hours service (now an AI bot named “Doug” I believe). Nothing. Zip. Zero. Terrible follow up on such an easy resolution!

The serviceman, a cheerful young man who read the problem description (I called in on Sunday night) before he arrived, and formulated a plan to solve it before entering my home. To me, that’s better than excellent service.

Calob came by for what we thought was a relatively simple problem, however, discovered a much deeper underlying issue that could have led to out family getting carbon monoxide poisoning if unchecked. He politely explained the issue and showed us how he was able to diagnosis it, giving us confidence in what we were being told. Great experience! Our new furnace was installed a few days later. We had a few concerns afterwards, Cody and Kevin came out promptly to address them. They provided exceptional customer service and were diligent in getting the job correctly. They also made sure to check if I had any additional questions or concerns before leaving.
