He got us up and running, and commend him for his knowledge and communication skills in relaying what was happening on site, as this is an out of town rental unit and we weren't there. Great experience all the way around. Young ladies I spoke to in customer service were top notch. I was in a tough spot the day before the 4th of July. My AC wasn’t working and the temp inside the house reached 87 degrees. Steve Swonger came out to the house, late in the day on a Friday before the holiday, and solved my problem. He’s not only a gentleman, he’s a hero! Thank you Steve and everyone at Dor Mar!! You have my “ringing endorsement!”

Set up refrigerator repair thru home warranty. Came out and “fixed” it. Temp never held steady at 38° so tech came back out. Said we needed a new sensor, he’d order it, but it would take awhile. Happy to wait since he was a good guy. Never came back. Never called. When I called now, because it’s failing completely, they don’t fix refrigerators anymore. Can’t help me in any way. So, Dor Mar got paid and I still have a broken refrigerator.
