Cathy responded our request for a price quotation rapidly. The project was replacing an aging heat pump. The quotation included three choices, each of which included manufacturer's model number, SEER2, and HSPF2, manufacturers' discounts and installer's discount. With this information, it was easy to make a choice. The installation went smoothy. All of the four technicians were polite and took great care of keeping our house clean. So far, the system's cooling works smoothly. Its heating capabilities will be known in wintertime.

I won’t use any other HVAC service provider. They are upfront with costs and look for affordable options (not just jumping to recommending a full replacement as I’ve had with others). Lately we just had their tech Brandon come out and he was super accommodating of my work from home schedule and demonstrated some of the tests that confirmed a part needed replaced. They feel like the mom and pop shop you’d hope for with the professionalism and reliability of an established vendor.

Upon moving they refused to give any credit for the unused part annual maintenance. This resulted in paying $266 for one AC service. I was charged in the interim for a repair, so to be told there are extra benefits included is a stretch.

I had Westin come out for an estimate based on their good reviews and they did not disappoint. Our AC was failing but still working so I had the luxury of getting four quotes from other HVAC Companies. Westin's price was very reasonable and they presented several options to fit our budget. Greg and Jay came out today and did a great install. They were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Westin and I would also recommend multiple quotes because some of these HVAC companies are just ripping people off. They take advantage of your need to get things fixed right away.

Ive worked with dozens of contractors over the years. This has to be one of the best experiences I’ve had from the start to finish on a home repair/project. Effortless and responsive! And I can only assume future maintenance request will be just as easy and simple.

My questions were answered from the techs that were, aside from the reason of my appointment. I was happy that the issue with my AC was due to an earwig, and that unnecessary, costly work did not need done. The tech did not feel the need to do extra. He obviously could have done costly things and was honest enough to not. I will recommend Westin to friends and family and they will be my first call if there are HVAC problems in the future.
