Years later in 2001, Loren and his wife Robin started Elite Systems Inc. out of their Kuna home with the simple goal of providing top quality HVAC services and—above all else—quality customer care. We were initially happy with the services they did with our furnace. With that being said we had them out this week to work on our AC, it worked for five days before going out again. I would hope after several hundred dollars they would make a priority of honoring their own work in a timely manner. It's disappointing to have to make two calls during the hottest week of the season.
