Brian the tech, new with Empire, is professional and has experience. His 1st time at this home. Found a/c coil was frozen, ventilation was set too low and system was 2 gls low on freon. Will check it in a year to see how bad the leak is. Fixed the other items above and replaced the filter.

Rheem 2-ton 13 SEER2 Central A/C System - Installers Fred & Rob were the best! Very Efficient, Professional, & really polite.
