• My hot water heater sprung a leak and needed to be replaced. Originally went to one of the big box stores but it was going to be at least 4 days before we could get a new hot water heater installed. Called Williams & Son around 2pm, they came that evening and installed a new one for the same price as the big box store. It only took a little more than an hour. Evan did a great job and when he was done showed me how to operate it. Glad I was able to support a local business. I would use them again and recommend them.

• It was just amazing! Evan put in a whole new unit downstairs and outside and a new thermostat! It was very complicated. He had to walk downstairs to the basement, upstairs to the first floor and out the door to our deck and around to the left side and install a whole new heat pump unit - and then back inside, down the stairs - again and again and again. I noticed he was wearing a special watch and I asked him about it - it measured how far he was walking! So when he left, many hours later - I asked him how far he had walked - get ready for the answer - OVER 5 MILES! We just love the work he did! And today I am sitting inside - so cool and comfortable! We are so impressed. We have a very large home on 20 acres! We love our home and are so grateful for the amazing job he and his wonderful helper did! Just exactly what we needed! • On New Years Day our furnace began having an intermittent problem not reaching the set temp. We are repeat customers of theirs so I decided to wait until later on Friday, because I didn't want to ruin anyone's New Years. I called and received a call back in 10mins from Evan. He offered to come 1st thing Saturday morning which was great! I figured this would be a difficult one because of how intermittent the problem was. Evan was very thorough with his inspection and managed to get the furnace up and running but explained what he thought the problem might be and said the furnace may start acting up again. He further explained he would need to go back to the shop to get the part because this style of part they don't stock in the truck, which was fine with me. He was back in a half hour and replaced the part in less than a minute. Thankfully, the part was under warranty so there was just the service charge. The whole time Evan was working, he was explaining everything that was going on. Evan is a great technician figured out the problem quickly and had us up and running in no time. I would highly recommend this company, we have been doing business with them for years and will happily continue to do so! Thanks Evan!!
