• Pressured into buying a heat pump from a salesman. Currently renting one now. Been 1 year to this date. FIVE service calls so far. Thing will not switch from. Cold to hot or hot to cold. Was blamed by technician " its because of the app" and then blamed on the purchase of the heat pump by a technician that stated "i would never install one of these in MY house!" Now, im currently waiting on the technician to show up at 9pm on the Friday of the Thanksgiving weekend to come and fix the fact my 1 yr old heat pump is dead. While I have a 1yr old child trying to sleep.**** UPDATE! Technician never showed up for the rescheduled 4-8pm appointment. Did not call, did not show up. Still have no heat. I even called to see where the technician was,or if someone was coming. Was told they could possibly contact me up until midnight. terrible service l. terrible organization. Regret every second of buying a heat pump and even more, renting one off enercare.

• Enercare Oshawa sent Josh M. to service our furnace this morning (replacing the noisy vent motor). In addition to installing the new part, he also checked the Co level to make sure we were safe, and he also cleaned the flame sensor. Josh was very quick, courteous, and respectful. Thanks for a job well-done! October 2026, Perry Fuels (Enercare Oshawa) were pleasant and professional, being able to book our service appointment for the very next day. A different Josh (W) arrived during the allotted time and serviced our hot water heater along with performing the annual furnace checkup. • I recently purchased a new furnace and A/C from Enercare and Matt B. and T.J. were my installers. This was a whole day job and I am happy to say that they were excellent. They were on time, clear in what they were going to do and kept us updated on progress. The results were very professional and everything works perfectly. Keep in mind that your home is disrupted during this process, various services like electricity do need to be switch off and on, etc, but the guys were great about letting us know before hand. • Excellent experience with Josh M today Sunday Oct 4. My hot water tank was not working, booked a service call on line. Time slot perfect and Josh arrived on time. He was pleasant and serviced the hot water tank in short order. He explained the problem, let me feeling confident issue was solved. He returned after 15 mins as he wanted just to double check he had set the control to previous setting. He said we would worry all night so came back.
