Eric and his team were great! I needed a small split AC installed in my attic that gets really hot during the summer. Eric stopped by to scope out the job, got me a quote and quickly ordered parts. I can’t recommend Erie's Heating and Cooling LLC enough. I’ve been putting off replacing my AC, and during a 90°+ heatwave, my unit froze up. He came within an hour, added freon, and returned the next day when it started freezing up again—spending almost 2 hours troubleshooting everything in brutal heat. He was honest about what would and wouldn’t work, and ultimately didn’t charge me a dime because he wasn’t able to resolve it. That kind of integrity is rare. He’s professional, responsive, kind, and truly wants to help. If you need honest HVAC service in St. Louis, he’s your guy.
